The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at T3 provides therapy and support services for adults ages 18-65 of all genders who are suffering from a mental health condition such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

We also provide care for adults who have developed an addiction to alcohol, cannabis, or other substance in addition to the mental health concern they are struggling with. This is known clinically as a co-occurring substance use disorder.

The least intensive type of treatment we provide, our IOP is ideal for adults who have completed a higher level of care and can benefit from step-down support to facilitate an effective transition home.

Adults who participate in the IOP complete three hours of treatment, three times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (9am-12p), for a total of nine weekly hours of care. Typical program participation is four to six weeks, but our expert team determines the specific length of time any individual remains in our IOP based on their personal needs, progress, and goals.

As is the case with all programming at T3, our adult IOP features clinically excellent care provided in a warm and supportive environment where all are treated with the utmost dignity and respect.  Our team of compassionate professionals places a premium on establishing and maintaining close relationships with patients and their families. This ensures that each person who heals with us receives focused attention that empowers them to achieve long-term recovery.

Support group

Every person who participates in the adult IOP at T3 follows an individualized care plan, which we customize to their specific strengths and challenges.
To accomplish this, you will complete a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, the nature and severity of your presenting concerns, and your treatment goals.

Couples Therapy

We recognize that the time you spend in the adult IOP at T3 is only one part of your healing journey.
To ensure that you are prepared to continue the success you experienced with us, you will leave our facility with a comprehensive discharge plan that is tailored specifically to you.
Your personalized aftercare plan will detail your progress while in treatment, identify topics of ongoing focus or concern, and include any referrals and support services needed for you to maintain your progress.
