Service Description

Complete three hours of treatment, three times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (9am-12p), for a total of eight weekly hours of care. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at T3 provides therapy and support services for adults ages 18-65 of all genders who are suffering from a mental health condition such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also provide care for adults who have developed an addiction to alcohol, cannabis, or other substance in addition to the mental health concern they are struggling with. This is known clinically as a co-occurring substance use disorder.
